Comment: the instrument on the left (the kim=peasier)is played with two hammers -- a relative of the hammered dulcimer. The one on the right (the jakae) is plucked by a wooden plectrum in the right hand, the left hand used on the frets. The dance teacher is playing the ching (bell-like)
