DSCN0605 * Most Likely a Tibetian trumpet (eventhough it was purchased in Bangkok at the Weekend Market....) The bottom view shows the trumpet at its full length, and it has telescoping sections so it can collapase as shown at the top. * 2592 x 1944 * (814KB)

DSCN0600 * while this was purchased in Bangkok at the Weekend Market, this is most likely a Tibetian trumpet. * 2592 x 1944 * (1.16MB)

DSCN0599 * the saw u -- two strings with the bow permanently positioned between them. * 2592 x 1944 * (1.17MB)

DSCN0594 * The shallow drum on the left is a ram mana and the larger one on the right is (I think) called the thone (and can be made of baked clay -- pottery or ceramic but here of wood) * 2592 x 1944 * (1.1MB)
